Part-Time Accounts Legend (Office-Based, Paddington)

We're after a detail-driven Accounts All-Rounder who can keep our numbers in check and cashflow humming. You'll be based in our Paddington office, working closely with the directors to make sure everything financial runs on time, on budget, and with zero surprises.

Available to start immediately.

This isn't just a data-entry role — you'll be a key part of how we run the business.

The role includes:

Keeping our rolling cashflow budgets accurate and up-to-date

Working with our live-events team

Managing accounts receivable & payable (invoicing, client follow-ups, supplier payments)

Running payroll and super

Handling BAS/IAS and compliance with accountants + ATO (BAS agent reg. a bonus)

Preparing monthly reports on revenue, profit, and expenses

Supporting directors with income/expense management & cashflow planning

General admin and finance support when needed

You'll thrive here if you:

Are confident in Xero and Excel (non-negotiable)

Have solid experience in accounts/finance roles

Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounts/finance roles

Understand (or want to learn) the Profit First methodology

Are organised, proactive, and comfortable talking with clients about payments

Like working closely with business owners and having your input valued

Must be an Australian citizen
