We're looking for an experienced leader to step into the pivotal role of Contracts Manager on a 3-month contract.

In this role you will:

• Oversee coordination, governance, reporting and monitoring of a major operating concession arrangement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a private operator to ensure seamless delivery of integrated services.
• Monitor compliance and reporting obligations, proactively identifying risks, trends and opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Provide authoritative advice and analysis to senior stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing improvement of a modern, high-performing service environment.

About you

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in governance, contract management and compliance across complex projects or service delivery arrangements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills at senior levels.
• Leadership capability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
• Ability to develop and implement monitoring and reporting tools to support robust oversight and decision-making.
• Knowledge of government operations or the land/property sector will be highly regarded.
