We are seeking an enthusiastic Weekend Café Cook/Chef to join our team at the Margaret River Chocolate Company – Swan Valley, working Saturdays and/or Sundays from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

The Role
We’re looking for a Cook or Chef to join our team on weekends, supporting our existing kitchen staff to deliver fresh, delicious café-style meals in a high-volume environment.

This is a weekend role (1-2 days per week), perfect for someone looking for consistent weekend work with no nights or split shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch items to a high standard

Support the team in delivering consistent food quality and presentation

Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety practices

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Assist with kitchen prep and clean-up as required

Communicate clearly with FOH and kitchen team members

About You

Previous experience in a busy café or casual dining kitchen

Relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience

Available Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30am–4:30pm

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality and cleanliness

Positive attitude and excellent work ethic

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
