The Club has over 4500 members and facilities include 16 state-of-the-art private function rooms, a fine dining restaurant and casual dining café.
THE POSITION
The University Club of Western Australia is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie interested in joining our professional and motivated team. You must be a qualified Chef with extensive experience across multiple outlets. This role may service our casual dining Café, banqueting, cold larder and restaurant.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate must possess:
previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast paced kitchen,
cookery qualification via a formal apprenticeship,
attention to detail with the ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times,
experience with requisitioning and cost control,
experience with Workplace Health and Safety procedures,
the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and
the ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team

The Club is open Monday - Saturday and offers excellent working conditions and a fantastic team environment. Benefits include
