We are looking for a part-time allied health receptionist in Nunawading for a busy Chiropractic & Podiatry clinic.

What you'll do:

Greet patients and manage bookings in person, over the phone and online

Handle patient enquiries and appointment scheduling with accuracy and care

Process payments and manage health fund, medicare, DVAclaims

Liaise with health professionals and support the clinical team

Provide general admin support as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a reception, admin, or customer service role (healthcare experience a bonus!)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Confidence using booking software and general computer systems

A flexible, can-do attitude—willing to work a mix of mornings, afternoons, or weekends as needed

A genuine interest in patient care and wellbeing
