About the role

As our Governance & Fellowship Officer, you’ll coordinate key governance meetings, manage Fellowship applications, maintain records, and ensure the smooth delivery of parchments and official documentation. You will report to the Governance & Fellowship Lead and collaborate with censors, committees, and education stakeholders.

As our Governance & Fellowship Officer, you'll also:

  • Coordinate Censor in Chief meetings: agendas, minutes, and decision registers
  • Provide logistical support to Council of Censors and subcommittees
  • Administer Fellowship applications, records, and parchments
  • Maintain archives and support development of the annual Exam Calendar

Skills & Experience

  • Strong minute-taking & committee support skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office & document systems
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
