As Industry Experience Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of innovative programs that enhance student employability across both undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts. Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will provide high-level administrative and project support for a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including work-integrated learning subjects, student competitions, and co-curricular programs. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to highly visible and impactful activities that equip students with the skills, experience, and confidence to succeed in their future careers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting program delivery by coordinating activities for for-credit and co-curricular initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient administration across work-integrated learning subjects, competitions, and events.
- Providing high-level administrative and project support, including managing documentation, updating web content, and assisting with event logistics and program communications.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive, integrated program delivery, while maintaining effective stakeholder engagement with students, staff, and external partners.
- Managing processes and data by adopting digital tools, maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also:
- Hold a degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
- Bring demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project support within a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- Possess strong organisational and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other digital platforms.
- Exhibit high-level communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
