About Orange Family Physiotherapy
Orange Family Physiotherapy is a mixed caseload Physiotherapy practice in Orange NSW. We see private clients as well as those attending through Workcover, DVA, NDIS, and various government packages. We have 5 Physiotherapists in the practice, and conduct visits in the clinic as well as home visits for Orange and surrounds.
We are looking for a full-time admin staff member. Working hours are 8-5 Monday - Thursday and 8-3pm Friday, with a one-hour lunch break (38 hours / week).
About You
Experience with Physiotherapy or Medical Administration / Reception is a bonus but not a necessity, as we can provide all the training which is required for your role. We are looking for someone with the following:
Friendly personality
Willingness to assist clients and therapists
Willingness to learn new systems
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills and experience
Excellent organisational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties (may include but are not limited to):
Open / Close of clinic
Front desk reception
Incoming and outgoing phone calls
Invoicing and taking payments
Correspondence with doctors / specialists / insurers / government depts
Daily reconciliation
Emails, faxing, scanning, banking
Data entry
Cater to all therapists / client requests
Using multiple software programs and portals
Attendance at staff meetings
