ADMIN/RECEPTIONIST FEMALES ONLY
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Hope Within Disability team as a part-time NDIS Admin/Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and reception support to our NDIS services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role is based in our Hinckinbrook, NSW office.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting clients, participants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintaining detailed client records and case notes in our database
Scheduling and coordinating appointments for our NDIS support teams
Providing administrative support such as filing, photocopying and data entry
Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documentation as required
Ensuring the reception area and communal spaces are kept tidy and well-presented
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients
Strong administrative and organisational abilities with an eye for detail
Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
Experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role, ideally within the disability services or healthcare sector
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience required
A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting people with disability
NDIS Worker Screening Check must be obtained within 3 months of commencement
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
Australian work rights required for this position

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES, WITHIN THE NDIS SECTOR.
• STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF NDIS PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES IS AN ADVANTAGE.
• EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
• HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY IN RECORD-KEEPING.
• STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, ETC.).
• ABILITY TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY AND DEMONSTRATE PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL TIMES.
• STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY OR AS PART OF A TEAM.
