As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue-Collar Electrical division in our Perth CBD office. If you’re passionate about people, driven by results, and ready to make an impact, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work from our centrally located Perth CBD office
• Source and screen candidates via databases, job boards, and phone interviews
• Match qualified candidates with client vacancies
• Receive hands-on training through our 9-module onboarding program
• Build strong client relationships and promote ETA’s recruitment and outsourcing services
• Play a key role in the expansion of our blue-collar Electrical desk
