• 1-year fixed term contract ($110,000-$120,000 inclusive of super + salary packaging benefits)

• Support the implementation of SAP Ariba & SuccessFactors in a major system migration

About the job

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to contribute to a significant transformation program within a respected community health organisation. You'll play a key role in the migration from TechnologyOne to SAP Ariba and SuccessFactors, working across finance, procurement, payroll, and HR.

Your focus will be on gathering and refining requirements, analysing existing processes, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. You will also support UAT and change activities to ensure the solution is adopted smoothly across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for SAP Ariba and SuccessFactors
• Facilitate workshops to surface needs and align solutions across teams
• Map current TechnologyOne processes and define future state requirements
• Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and vendors
• Support UAT planning, coordination, and execution where required
• Provide input into training and change management activities
• Act as the bridge between technical and business teams to drive delivery outcomes

About you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/enterprise system implementations
• SAP experience is mandatory
• SAP Ariba and SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable
• Background in health or community services is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute within a cross-functional team
