The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Delivery Manager / Business Analyst to join the Business Applications practice. This hybrid role blends BA and PM responsibilities: capturing requirements, wireframing solutions, coordinating delivery, and keeping projects moving forward. You’ll be involved from the very start of engagements, ensuring client needs are fully understood and translated into user stories, then working closely with engineers to bring applications and solutions to life.

With projects spanning Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data warehousing, and AI, you’ll be exposed to a broad range of technologies while gaining hands-on consulting experience. Over time, you’ll also step into new areas such as cyber security and other emerging projects.

What You'll Do:

This role is about owning delivery from end to end, while being close enough to the detail to make sure solutions truly meet client needs. You’ll combine consulting skills with project coordination, analysis, and design, working at the intersection of clients, engineers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead project kick-offs, set up projects, and manage stakeholder communication.

Work with clients to capture, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into user stories and logical flows.

Use wireframing and tools like Figma to map user journeys and create intuitive app designs.

Collaborate with developers on estimates, testing, and ensuring solutions meet client expectations.

Manage smaller projects end-to-end, including client engagement and delivery coordination.

Build test plans, validate outcomes, and ensure work meets requirements.

What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a consulting environment, curious, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership. You’ll need to balance the detail of business analysis with the big-picture coordination of delivery, always with an eye on quality and client outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Background in consulting, business analysis, or delivery, Big 4 or similar experience highly regarded.

Strong analytical skills and excellent written/verbal communication.

Experience with wireframing, process mapping, and user interface design (Figma experience helpful).

Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), project tools, and ability to coordinate multiple priorities.

Attention to detail, pride in delivering quality outcomes, and ability to work independently.

The ability to cut through complexity and deliver clear, consistent communication.

A steady hand under pressure, with sound judgment around risk and escalation.
