Hills & Ranges Private currently operates two facilities: at Olinda and Sassafras. This position will be situated in our commercial kitchen at Sassafras Manor.

We are seeking a highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic individual with relevant experience to come and join our team in the kitchen. The role is to be a kitchen hand helping provide lunches and dinners for up to 21 guests, reporting to the Head Chef of Hills and Ranges Private..

Position Description

'Personalised fine dining in a luxury setting'.

We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality and an excellent dining experience where the aim is to always exceed our clients' expectations. You will be working in a small and friendly team, however there will be times you will be required to work autonomously. Duties include, but are not limited to, food preparation, food service, food transport, sourcing local produce as well as cleaning and dishwashing and other general duties as requested.
