We are looking for an experienced kitchen hand to join our amazing team at Waterfall Gully Cafe.

To be successful the ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is preferable

- Able to deliver a consistent approach to quality and quantity control.

- Maintain a high level of food safety and food handling practices.

- Valid Food Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting)

- Ability to work well within a small team.

- Reliable.

- Strong communication skills.

- A passion for food and kitchen operations.

- Self-motivated and have a willingness to learn.

- Have a professional manner and be well presented.

- Must have the right to work in Australia.

Your Duties would include:

- Food preparation

- Sandwich making

- Assisting the chef with service.

- Cleaning dishes during shift.

- Taking food to tables and clearing dirty dishes from tables.
