We are looking for Project Form Workers to join our team on a 12‑month contract. This is full‑time shift work at 60 hours per week starting immediately.

Successful candidates will be working on the No6 Reline in Port Kembla , managing formwork tasks to support the project's progress, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, erect, align, and fix formwork for concrete structures according to specifications
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
• Work with reinforcing steel (rebar) as required
• Maintain strong safety standards, maintaining clean and safe work areas
• Collaborate with carpenters, concreters, site supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow
• Report any issues or defects, suggest improvements to increase productivity and quality

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Form Worker / Form Setter on commercial or civil construction projects
• Able to work long hours (60 hrs/week), potentially including early starts or shift work
• Physically fit
• Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE, and site inductions
• Good communication and ability to work in a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed for the full 12‑month duration
