We have an outstanding opportunity for an skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to work a contract role at one of our fantastic Aged Care partners in Tasmania!

Provide leadership and guidance to all levels of staff developing their ability to deliver comprehensive, individualised care and services to meet residents' needs.

Successful applicants will:

• Hold current APHRA Registration.
• Post-graduate studies in Learning & Development/Education strongly desired.
• Ability to implement initiatives that meet business and individual residents needs identified through training needs analysis.
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in designing, implementing and delivering clinical education programs and processes.
