Our menu starts from tradition, and it represents the core values of the Italian culture, with the use of quality and skilled craftsmanship. As a Supervisor, your role will include, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, act in a supporting role in the operations of the venue, be hands on in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supervise and guide junior team members, liaise with the kitchen, supervise shifts and assist in driving the success of the venue and the team.

Current operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday.

Successful applicants will have:

• Genuine commitment to deliver outstanding guest experiences that exceed guest expectations

• A positive, flexible and collaborative approach in building positive relationships

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role

• The ability to communicate with emotional intelligence, respect and fairness

• Bartending and section waiting experience

• Have exceptional service focus

• Proven leadership skills, professionalism and be people focused

• Aspiration, dedication to the craft, self-motivation and the energy to inspire others

• Has a current RSA
