About the Role
Looking to transfer your admin, trades, or insurance knowledge into a fast-paced, career-building role? This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading insurance repair builders with a National Headquarters based South East Queensland.
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our Desktop Project Supervision. This is an office-based position where you’ll coordinate insurance repairs, schedule trades, and supervise projects remotely. It’s an ideal pathway into building supervision, with full support and training provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Liaise with customers, insurers, and trades via phone and video
· Schedule and coordinate repairs, from make-safes to completion
· Review reports, photos, and trade documentation for clarity and accuracy
· Supervise repair outcomes remotely and ensure quality standards are met
· Support handover to estimators and submissions teams for client processing
What You’ll Need
· Background in admin, insurance, trades, carpentry, or restoration - Prefer direct insurance experience as you'll want to hit the ground running
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
· A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
· Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn new systems (full training provided)
