About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Commercial Support Coordinator to join our Queensland team at Dindas. This is a diverse role where you’ll support our sales and customer service teams, coordinate quotes and orders, and play a hands-on role in keeping projects running smoothly.
You’ll be the go-to person for both customers and internal teams, making sure enquiries are resolved quickly, orders are accurate, and campaigns hit the mark. It’s a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
What you’ll be doing
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (products, pricing, availability).
• Accurately process and check orders, coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
• Support sales with quotes and project follow-ups, including high-value orders ($10k+).
• Maintain and update customer databases and outstanding quote registers.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, trade events, and customer calls.
• Liaise across sales, operations, and marketing to keep information flowing and customers happy.
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or internal sales (B2B preferred).
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented — you know how to keep the wheels turning.
• Comfortable working with systems (ERP/CRM) and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle shifting priorities.
• Background in building materials, manufacturing, or trade supply (desirable but not essential).
