We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role ensuring our participants’ needs are met while supporting our dedicated team of Support Workers.

Your Responsibilities

Develop, optimise, and maintain a SCHADS-compliant roster that balances participant needs and Support Worker availability.

Communicate rosters, changes, and updates clearly and efficiently with both participants and Support Workers.

Review and approve time and attendance records, assisting with regular payroll processing.

Support the recruitment and onboarding of new Support Workers.

Contribute to a solution-focused culture.

Participate in rotating on-call duties with the administrative team.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years rostering experience in a similar role, managing 40+ participants and 60+ Support Workers.

Strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award.

Experience with ShiftCare (or similar NDIS software) and KeyPay (PayCat) is highly regarded.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Support Workers, participants, and their representatives.

A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
