About the Role
This newly created opportunity combines 60% administrative support with 40% marketing assistance. You’ll be a key member of a collaborative professional services team, supporting their operations while also assisting with day-to-day marketing activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing documents, correspondence, and managing mail
- Coordinating workflow, travel, and event logistics
- Supporting proposals, tenders, and client database updates
- Monitoring inboxes and drafting communications
- Assisting with bids, tenders, and partner-related marketing tasks
- Drafting and posting content to LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Sharing podcasts and managing social posts relating to these
- Providing hands-on support with Canva designs and simple desktop publishing
- General admin duties including timesheets, filing, billings, and reception relief
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, balancing traditional admin duties with practical, day-to-day marketing tasks. You won’t be responsible for campaigns or strategy — instead, you’ll focus on supporting social media, tenders, and content for the team.
