Your Mission
Think beyond marketing. You're the storyteller, campaign driver, creative curator, and event orchestrator all rolled into one - you’ll take full ownership of marketing and BD initiatives that make our brand resonate across the industry.

What You’ll Own

Craft and execute campaigns - print, digital, social, trade.

Lead website updates, SEO strategy, and EDMs with polished, on‑brand content.

Design brochures, case studies, and compelling presentation materials.

Coordinate trade shows, builder events, and reseller promotions.

Support sales teams with marketing assets and nurture leads post-event.

Research and identify new business opportunities - targeting architects, resellers, and builders.

Manage CRM inputs, marketing data, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Skills You Bring

Minimum 3+ years in marketing, communications, or business development - Bonus if you have experience in construction/building materials.

Natural wordsmith with solid design intuition - comfortable using platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), WordPress, LinkedIn, and SEO tools.

Self-starter attitude - capable of juggling strategy with execution and working autonomously.
