About the role

This is a part-time role, 4 hours per day, 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday. It may have the opportunity to increase hours in the future if that aligns with what you're looking for and what the business needs at the time. The role would suit an experienced client services professional with agency experience specificlly in digital media (as this will be the majority of your accounts).

The position of Account Manager is a key position within the agency. The role will see the successful candidate picking up and maintaining client relationships quickly across your portfolio of around 6-10 accounts.

This position is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers projects and services efficiently and on time through thorough project management, concise and clear briefing and exceptional communication. The successful candidate will also operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their assigned accounts utilising their proven relationship-building skills.

Having a commercial mindset, the successful candidate will be able to identify and create opportunities that add value to Claxon and our client’s business, whilst striving to deliver the Claxon experience that makes a difference and is recognized internally and externally.

You'll be your client's advocate within the agency and you'll stop at nothing to ensure we're winning for them.

Salary will be based on experience and is between $35,000 and $45,000 p/a part-time (20 hours per week) plus superannuation.

The role is currently fulltime WFH but may revert back to a Hybrid framework of 3 Days in office and 2 days WFH in the future.

About You

You're got an energy and spark about you, some people call you a hustler (the good kind of hustler!)

You have at least 2 years experience within an agency, within an account management role, with specific experience with managing digital media accounts across paid social, search, SEO (programmatic is a plus)

You have a genuine drive to provide a world-class client experience and feel at home within a fast-paced agency environment

You love the idea of working in a small tight team with an ultra collaborative culture

You may, or may not be a ping pong master

Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills

A master at setting and then managing client expectations and escalation management comes second nature

Experience in working with media, creative and strategy teams is ideal but experience working with media teams is essential

Passionate about growing revenue for our clients and Claxon
