Cali Social is a specialist paid ads agency working with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. We’re looking for a part-time Account Manager who can take ownership of client relationships and act as a key strategic partner to the accounts they manage.
Your zone of genius will be communication, strategic thinking, and proactive client management. You’ll be the go-to for your clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our work.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Service
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear, proactive communication
Be the first point of contact, guiding clients through their strategy, results, and growth opportunities
Translate client goals into strategic briefs for our paid media specialists
Lead client calls, performance reviews, and ongoing campaign check-ins
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow retainers in alignment with client needs
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with our PPC specialists and creative team to oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
Ensure all campaigns are aligned to client goals and timelines
Use tools like ClickUp and Google Drive to keep internal comms, briefs, and client docs organised
Stay informed on digital advertising trends and platform updates to guide strategy
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth workflows between client-facing and internal teams
Write clear briefs, manage realistic timelines, and ensure outcomes are tracked
Contribute ideas for improving client experience, team communication, and internal processes
Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta & Google essential; TikTok a bonus)
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency (this may overlap with campaign experience)
Confident in leading client calls and presentations - someone who communicates clearly and with authority (you know what you're talking about!)
Highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail
Strategic thinker who can simplify performance data and make actionable recommendations
Familiar with agency tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management skills
The Role
20 hours per week (spread across 4–5 days for availability)
Fully remote - we operate a flexible, outcomes-first environment
You’ll join a small, high-performing team that’s values-driven, thoughtful, and ambitious
You’ll report directly to the founder and work closely with other Account Managers and our delivery team
