About the role

Gemelli Italian James St is looking for a new bartenders and waiters to join our team. You will work closely with the bar team and floor managers to ensure a smooth operation. This position is a rare opportunity and only serious candidates will be considered.

Duties

Work closely with the bartenders and the bar manager to ensure smooth operation

Preparing cocktails and other drinks with speed and professionalism

Following the opening and closing procedures of the bar

Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner

Work closely with restaurant managers to ensure smooth operation

Waiting tables and providing exceptional customer service

Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a bartender and waiter
Full working rights in Australia
A calm and professional approach to their job
Strong communication skills
Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
Staff and customer service focused
Barista skills preferred
