About us

Mosconi is a European restaurant and wine bar that prides itself on it's high quality food, wine and service. We are located on Arthur Street which is just behind the beautiful James Street and provides a wonderful work environment. We have a small but complex food menu that pairs beautifully with our extensive wine list. Our team is small but extremely professional and you will be working with people who have been in the hospitality industry for 10+ years. We offer a great work life balance with a minimum of 2.5 consecutive days off.

Qualifications & experience

• Must have an RSA
• 1 year experience working as a senior waiter/waitress
• Be able to carry 3 plates
• Be able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment

• running a section
• taking customer payments
• helping other members of the team when busy
• running food and drinks
