About the role

BiBiS Italian' is seeking an enthusiastic CHARASMATIC and customer-focused Waiters/ host to join our team at our restaurant in Paradise Point, QLD. As a Waiters/ host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth running of our dining room. This is a casual role, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle, if your wishing for 1 shift a week or full time, if you have the personality we need we will cater and make it highly beneficial for you

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

Providing recommendations on menu items and specials

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Delivering orders to guests in a timely manner

Clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a clean and tidy dining room

Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a Waiters host

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

A passion for providing exceptional customer service

A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
