The Gig

At Ace Hotel Sydney, we’re all about creating unforgettable experiences. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth, high-energy operations across our multi-outlet space. Working closely with the Operations Manager and fellow Supervisors, you’ll lead the front-of-house team to deliver top-notch service, seamless daily operations, in a vibrant, supportive work environment.

This hands on role blends leadership with creativity, from training, mentoring, and developing your team to rostering, recruitment, and stock control. You will ensure compliance with liquor regulations, food safety, and workplace health standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere, resolving issues with care, and keeping service running at its best.

About you

At least 3 years of experience in food & beverage operations, with supervisory experience.

Experience managing high-volume hospitality settings, restaurants, bar/lounge concepts, or catering.

Tech-savvy, with experience using POS systems, financial reporting, and rostering software.

A current NSW RSA, First Aid, and Food Handlers certificate.

A natural leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and service-focused skills.

Availability to work weekends and nights!
