What You’ll Do
Keep an eye on the support queue and make sure no customer is left waiting.
Allocate incoming tickets to the right people and follow up to keep things moving.
Learn how to prioritize requests by urgency and importance.
Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
Work closely with senior team members to learn best practices and grow your skills.
Help spot trends or common issues so the team can improve processes.
Contribute to team reports on support performance and customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn—no prior experience needed, though customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.) is a bonus.
Strong communication skills (friendly, professional, clear).
Organized and reliable—you can juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of details.
Problem-solving mindset: when you don’t know the answer, you’re curious and resourceful in finding it.
Comfortable with technology and keen to pick up new tools quickly (we’ll train you on our systems).
