We are a privately owned speech pathology clinic that specialises in early intervention services, and we are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team.

As the Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their families, and you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and handling administrative tasks such as billing and record-keeping. You will be an integral part of a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to improving the lives of children with speech and language difficulties.

Your key responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a smile and a welcoming attitude

Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with the utmost attention to detail

Ensure all billing related tasks are handled with precision and accuracy

Maintain client records in accordance with established policies and standards

Collaborate with our team to ensure the best possible experience for our clients

Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere that puts clients and their families at ease

Uphold the clinic's commitment to excellence in client care and confidentiality

Other related duties as required

What we are looking for from you:

Prior experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role preferred

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus

A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients

Knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is preferable.

Essential Requirements:

Police Check.

Working with Children's Check.

Prior experience working as a part of an administrative team.
