Position Title: Paediatric Speech Pathologist - New Graduate
Job Type: Part time or Full time hours (76hours/ fortnight).

Position summary: The Paediatric Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based, neuro-affirming Speech Pathology services to children 0-18 and their families. The primary goal is to enhance the developmental, functional, and cognitive abilities of children through tailored therapy programs. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions that support each child's growth and overall well-being, working collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications/ Essential Requirements:
Understanding of neuro-affirming practices.
Strong communication skills with children and families.
Minimum qualification Bachelor of Speech Pathology.
SPA membership.
Current NSW Driver’s licence and access to an appropriate and comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
Working With Children Check.
NDIS workers check.
National Police Check.
Maintaining professional indemnity, and public liability insurance.
