EBCAM DUST&FUME PTY LTD are distributors for a range of leading European sourced products which have 'no equal' in a growing industry. We operate across Australia, NZ and the Pacific.
Our product range is the largest in the market: from entry price points up to million dollar plus projects. There is no customer you cannot offer a product solution to.
Our customers vary: individuals to medium sized business owners, large multinationals, government departments, consulting engineers. There is no 'average' customer or 'normal' day when working in our company, dedicated to improving workplace health and safety for employees.
Full product knowledge will be provided with induction and continuing training, including initially joint visit support. Our most successful sales people have been from outside the industry, and with your product knowledge and sales confidence, success will follow.
Key Attributes
A successful candidate will have the ability to relate well to a variety of people: from junior factory staff to boardroom directors.
The role requires someone who can quickly isolate the key aspects of the customers needs and address them with our vast product range, without getting side tracked by customer misinformation.
We are looking for someone self motivated - this is not a role for those who like sitting in Teams meetings. For our diverse customer base, face to face contact is essential to explain our unique advanced features fully.
You will demonstrate that you have historically been able to quickly distinguish between the person 'in charge' and the critical 'decision maker'.
You will demonstrate your proven track record of increasing sales, enabling you to develop a career in an expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
Successfully following up supplied leads from marketing activity, as well as demonstrate ability and drive to cold call and develop your own position in the market: a knowledgeable, trusted advisor of our EBCAM brand.
Increase sales by following our successful market development plan which is working well in other markets, and promote EBCAM as the leader in dust and fume technology.
Visit potential businesses, conduct meetings, prepare quotes accurately, and follow through building the relationship with the customer for a successful sale.
Support
Melbourne is the base of our main stock holding in a 3PL warehouse and you will be involved in working with their team to ensure efficient distribution of our products.
The company and its experienced employees will support you with regular contact.
