Here's a rare opportunity to join the number-one real estate coaching company in Australia and New Zealand. We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Events Manager to provide high-level support to our Business Manager and work closely with respected industry Coach Michael Sheargold.
What You'll Do
This isn't your average EA role. You'll be at the heart of our operations, playing a critical role in bringing our key events to life. Your responsibilities will include:
Event Management: From booking venues, logistics and venue liaison to attendee engagement, you'll ensure our events—both large and small—run seamlessly. Our events include online meetings, face-to-face client coaching sessions, multi-day conferences and an awards gala events.
On-the-Ground Support: You'll travel to and attend events across Australia and New Zealand, assisting the team and clients ensuring our members have a truly remarkable experience.
Marketing Support: Using your skills in direct and social and print marketing, you'll assist in promoting events and member services, expanding our reach and engagement.
Business Support: You'll provide comprehensive support to our Business Manager, tackling a variety of tasks that keep the business running like a well-oiled machine.
Who You Are
You're a proactive, organised, and resourceful professional with a proven background in event management. You have:
A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a confident, can-do attitude.
Experience with direct and social marketing, or a strong desire to learn and contribute in this area.
The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
