You’ll combine long-list sourcing expertise, talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and market research to ensure our consultants and clients are always one step ahead.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting business development through research, competitor mapping, and lead generation.
• Building targeted talent pools and longlists across specialist roles.
• Delivering salary benchmarking and compensation insights to guide hiring decisions.
• Producing market and tech stack reports that capture trends, emerging skills, and in-demand technologies.
• Partnering with consultants and directors to shape strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Driving continuous improvement in research methods and contributing to special projects that elevate candidate and client experience.
