As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll be a take a key role in financial planning and analysis, working closely with our Head of Finance to deliver sharp insights and power business decisions. You’ll help shape how the business plans, forecasts, and tracks performance, building advanced financial models and preparing impactful presentations for quarterly business reviews.

About the Role

Your days will blend data-driven analysis with big-picture strategy—aligning budgets to key initiatives, unearthing trends and variances, and supporting leadership with actionable recommendations on new opportunities, tenders, and contracts.

As part of our high-performing Finance team, you’ll:

Own the quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.

Build and maintain advanced financial models in Excel for business planning and new initiatives.

Prepare compelling insights and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews.

Analyse variances to budget and support leaders with clear, actionable recommendations.

Ensure compliance, collaborating closely with local and global stakeholders to drive process improvements and support new projects.

What We’re Looking For

Individuals who are Degree and fully qualified CA/CPA with at least 4 years post-qualification experience

International experience, and a successful track record in insurance/financial services and underwriting businesses (highly desirable)

Highly developed advanced modelling skills in Excel, experience with SAP would be advantageous.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving ability.

Highly developed influencing and communication skills, including the ability to convey complex financial concepts to a broad audience.

Proven organisational and decision-making abilities in a fast paced, high performing team.
