They are a cloud, managed services and information technology consultancy, providing a full-service professional consultancy on cloud, security and data management, through to physical hosting across the Tier III and IV Australian data centers. They are looking for an experienced and high performing talent who can be their L1 IT Support, to maintain their cloud infrastructure and deliver technical support to their Managed Service customers. You will work closely with the clients always providing โ€œA gradeโ€ support on the front line. You will work in a fully supportive environment allowing you to grow and develop further.

The Main Responsibilities:

Provide 1st level technical consultancy to clients and escalate to Level 2 when required

Log, update, and close tickets accurately in the service management system

Ensure time entries are recorded correctly for billing and SLA compliance

Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution

Prioritise customer satisfaction in every interaction, ensuring issues are addressed with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication

Support client devices, operating systems, and collaboration tools.

Provide end-user support across Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Perform regular health checks and validate backup integrity

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for tickets, SOPs, and processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project manager, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients

Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives by completing quarterly TOPs assigned by leadership

What you'll need to succeed:

Certificate IV in IT or equivalent relevant experience

Microsoft, CompTIA, or vendor-specific certifications advantageous

2+ years in a similar technical support role

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.

Awareness of Active Directory and Windows Server concepts.

Exposure to backup technologies and processes (scheduling, retention, restores)

Experience supporting monitoring platforms, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments

Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and networking issues

Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (Halo advantageous)

Prior knowledge of tools such as StorageCraft, Arcserve, Dropsuite, Cove, or N-Central is highly advantageous
