CDM is seeking a motivated Service Desk Engineer (Level 1) to join our growing Managed Services team. In this full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing technical support across Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms. You’ll resolve issues, escalate where needed, and deliver excellent customer service while helping maintain secure and reliable IT environments.
What you’ll do:
Provide Level 1 technical support to end users (hardware, software, mobile & cloud).
Log, triage, and resolve incidents in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Support system monitoring, backups (Veeam), and security management.
Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and printers.
Deliver regular on-site client support.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1 year’s MSP experience supporting cloud and on-prem IT.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, M365, Azure & Active Directory.
Knowledge of backup/data protection (Veeam experience highly regarded).
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
Self-motivated and professional, with a passion for IT.

Requirements:
Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
Ability to work full-time in office/onsite.
National Criminal History Check required.
