Property Maintenance Worker / Handyman

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team.

About the role:

You will be responsible for a wide range of handyman and general property maintenance tasks to keep our properties safe, functional, and presentable.

Key duties include:

General handyman work (repairs and upkeep)

Carpentry, painting, plastering and general house maintenance

Basic plumbing and electrical tasks (non-licensed work)

Minor renovations and improvements

Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner

About you:

Hands-on experience in handyman/property maintenance work

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Current driver’s licence

Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
