To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a skilled, reliable and hands-on Handyman to join our team.

The Role
Full-time position with immediate start. Above-market pay, company vehicle, fuel card and tools supplied. Work across multiple properties with a variety of tasks including repairs, installations and fit-outs. Every day is different with a steady pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

General property repairs and preventative maintenance

Furniture assembly, installation and minor carpentry

Painting, plastering, patching and surface touch-ups

Basic plumbing tasks such as changing traps, shower heads and tap fittings

Door, lock and window repairs and adjustments

Minor electrical tasks such as replacing light globes and fittings (non-licensed work only)

Assisting with property fit-outs, turnovers and make-ready preparation

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You

Current driver’s licence

Proven handyman / maintenance / trade background

Able to work independently and solve problems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Pride in workmanship and results
