About the role

Maintain gardens and do light maintenance for our Baulkham Hills clinic and a nearby residential office. Ideal for a local, detail-focused self-starter.

Location: Hills District & Glenhaven (NSW)
Employment type: Permanent Part-Time
Hours: 1–2 days/week (approx. 8–15 hrs), weekdays, flexible

What you’ll do

🧹 Lawn mowing, edging, blowing, green-waste removal

✂️ Pruning, weeding, mulching, seasonal planting; irrigation checks

🔧 Minor repairs: paint touch-ups, silicone, replace hinges/handles, hang shelves/pictures, patch small holes

Pressure-wash paths/entries; external tidy-ups

Site checks, basic supplies pick-up, and reporting

What you’ll need

Experience in gardening/grounds and basic handyman tasks

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (ute/van ideal)

Works independently, clear communication, strong attention to detail

Full Australian work rights

Nice to have (not essential):
Horticulture Cert II/III, White Card, current Police Check

Pay & perks

💰 $28 per hour (permanent part-time) + super

Leave entitlements per NES

Fuel/materials reimbursed by receipt

Stable local roster; potential extra hours in peak seasons
