About the role

247 Reformer, a leading boutique Pilates studio in Greenway ACT 2900, is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. This is a casual position, allowing you the flexibility to work around your other commitments. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Pilates classes to our members, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

What you'll be doing

Instructing group Pilates classes on the reformer beds, and other Pilates equipment

Providing personalised attention and modifications to clients of all skill levels

Maintaining a safe and supportive environment in the studio

Collaborating with the studio team to develop new class offerings and workshops

Assisting with studio operations as needed

What we're looking for

Preferred Minimum 1 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor, preferably in a boutique studio setting, alternatively if your new would love to see some videos of you teaching and do some trial classes

Certification in Pilates instruction, such as from the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) or equivalent

Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, exercises, and modifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to continuing education and professional development
