The firm prides itself on providing market-leading legal services across property, commercial and litigation. The Opportunity
This role offers work across a variety of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes for valued clients. You will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals and contribute to the firm's continued success in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and prepare legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to clear and concise advice to clients regarding property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Handle settlements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for each transaction

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing ideal though not essential
• Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service and achieving positive outcomes.
