About the Role

As an instructor, you’ll ensure every session is safe, engaging, and fun while delivering high-quality coaching in line with Australian Sailing policies. Our inclusive, community-focused environment welcomes families, school-aged children, older adults, and people with disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead exciting, safe, and well-structured sailing and paddleboarding sessions.
• Engage with participants to create a welcoming and positive experience.
• Ensure equipment is set up and ready for every session.
• Work as part of a supportive and professional team.
• Monitor safety, assess risks, and maintain equipment.

What You’ll Need:

• Australian Sailing Instructor Certificate
• Australian Sailing Powerboat Handling Certificate
• Australian Sailing Level 2 Certificate
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificates
• Current Driver’s License
