Sutton Road Training Centre (SRTC) is a purpose built driver training and education facility located in the ACT. We are always busy and are calling out for additional team members to help with the delivery of our specialist and advanced driver training programs.

Our specialist driver training team provide students with quality, risk reduction driving practices and hands-on defensive and tactical training. Our programs include driving to the conditions, motorcade, surveillance, high-threat and armoured vehicle training. As a trainer you will be required to demonstrate advanced vehicle, classroom presentation and administrative skills.

Trainers require the following qualifications, which we can assist you to obtain:

TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

TLI41222 – Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training (Car)

Trainers also require:

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Working with Vulnerable People Card (ACT)

Five-year driving history

A commercial driver’s health assessment

We are seeking multiple trainers in either a full-time or casual capacity. Our trainers have a passion for road safety, motor vehicles and driving in general. And the tactical nature of a lot of our programs is attractive to candidates with an military or police background.
