In this pivotal full-time position based in Liverpool, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of both dispensary and retail operations. Your focus will be on supporting optimal patient care while driving excellence in front-of-shop service and staff leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Accurately dispense and prepare medication orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist

Assist with pharmacy operations, including stock management, ordering, inventory control, and PBS compliance

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient enquiries and healthcare needs promptly and professionally

Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Lead, mentor and motivate the retail team to achieve sales, merchandising, and customer service objectives

Oversee retail processes including team rostering, visual merchandising, promotion implementation

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure the highest standards of front-of-shop presentation

Foster a positive workplace culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Participate in staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and ongoing development

Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy and retail policies, procedures, and strategies
