We are in need of a highly motivated, confident National On Premise Manager to join our Sales team.
About the role
On Premise is a priority growth channel for ABG in Australia. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the National On Premise Manager will take ownership of our national strategy across key hospitality accounts, driving brand visibility, distribution, and sales performance.
In this high-impact role, you will:
Develop and execute the national on-premise strategy, delivering sustainable sales and profit growth.
Build strong commercial partnerships with leading hospitality groups, hotels, restaurants, casinos, and wholesalers.
Negotiate and deliver business plans that grow distribution, visibility, and brand presence in key venues.
Inspire and influence the national field sales team to lift capability, execution, and brand visibility in the on-premise channel.
Partner with marketing to support trade and consumer activations, events, and experiences.
Drive best-in-class execution, ensuring ABG brands are visible and available in Australia’s most influential venues.
About You
You’re a commercially savvy sales leader with a passion for hospitality and premium brands. You bring strong negotiation skills, proven success in building on-premise partnerships, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Significant sales experience in spirits, wine, beer, or FMCG with on-premise focus.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and business planning skills.
Track record of building long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Skilled in people leadership – able to coach, influence and inspire a high-performing team.
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence across functions.
