About the Role
As Store Manager in the busy Rundle Place location, you'll lead a strong and stable team, driving both customer experience and sales performance. With a diverse customer base drawn from the CBD location, no two days will look the same. This is the perfect role for a people-focused leader who loves building long-term customer connections.

What you will do

Inspire, coach, and lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional service

Build relationships with a loyal customer base while welcoming new clients daily

Drive store performance across sales, service, and presentation standards

Manage rosters, stock, and operational requirements to a high standard

Past experience in retail leadership, ideally in fashion or lifestyle

Strong people leadership skills and a focus on team stability
