About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to lead the Burnside flagship store. As Store Manager, you'll drive sales, performance, and service excellence, with potential to step into a cluster role. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you'll take ownership of a high-profile location and inspire your team to deliver results that set the standard in premium fashion retail.

What you will do

Lead, motivate, and coach your team to exceed sales and service goals

Confidently manage store performance, reporting, and operational standards

Build strong customer relationships through styling and personalised service

Leverage technology and reporting tools to analyse business performance

Deliver excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, and brand standards

What you will bring

Past experience as a high-performing Store Manager in fashion or premium retail

Confidence in driving sales and managing performance metrics

Strong people skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team

Tech-savvy approach with confidence using systems and reporting tools

Passion for premium styling and delivering an exceptional in-store experience
