Position:

We are seeking highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic individual with relevant qualification to come and join our team as the Full-time Project Administrators.

Skills and Experience:

· Plans and undertakes administration of organisational programs, special projects and support services.

· Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and services.

· Address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, projects, and services.

· Manage documentation and administrative tasks linked to projects and contracts.

· Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, owners, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

· Provide advice to senior management on key matters and implement their directives.

· Supervise contractor activities and report on changes or variations to work orders.

· Prepare, assess, and present submissions and reports on organisational activities.

· Gather, evaluate, and report on project-related data and outcomes.

· Review office accommodation needs and coordinates new arrangements.

Qualification

· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma

OR

· At least two years of relevant experience

Remuneration
