💼 The Role

This is a hybrid role where you’ll deliver high-quality PT sessions while helping drive the growth of the studio.

You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering 20–25 one-on-one Personal Training sessions per week

Managing new client enquiries, consultations, and sign-ups

Leading local marketing and community outreach initiatives

Creating and posting engaging social media content

Working to clear KPIs and supporting overall business success

Playing a key role in the leadership team and business planning

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just session delivery.

You’ll need:

Certificate IV in Fitness (essential)

Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

Confidence using social media to generate leads

High energy, accountability, and a genuine interest in people

Current First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

💰 What’s In It For You

$40–$47.50/hour during your fully paid 12-week onboarding

After onboarding: $60K base salary + uncapped commission and performance bonuses

Long-term career pathway to Studio Manager and Franchise Owner ($120K–$250K+)

100+ hours of paid development in your first 3 months

No rent to pay - we cover admin, insurance, tax and super
